China Textile Industry Federation (CNTAC)
The China Textile Industry Federation is a national textile industry organization. Its main members are textile industry associations with legal personality and other legal entities. It is a comprehensive, non-profit association legal person and self-disciplinary industry intermediary organization that carries out activities in accordance with the articles of association in order to realize the common wishes of its members.
The main tasks of the China Textile Industry Federation are to investigate and study the current situation and development trend of China’s domestic and other countries textile and clothing industry, and put forward opinions and suggestions on economic technology and legislation. Formulate industry rules and regulations, standardize industry behavior, establish industry self-discipline mechanism, and safeguard industry interests. We have carried out work in the development strategy, development planning, industrial policy and structural adjustment, technological progress, brand building, market development and other aspects of the textile industry. Comprehensively coordinate the economic and technological relations among various textile industries, promote industrial restructuring and industrial upgrading, and promote horizontal economic integration and cooperation. Conduct industry statistics, collect, analyze and publish industry information, carry out statistical investigation according to law, and carry out industry e-commerce information activities. Organize and carry out external economic and technological cooperation and exchange of the industry. Participate in the research and formulation of the medium and long-term scientific and technological development strategy of the textile industry, participate in the formulation and revision of industrial standards, and organize the implementation. Carry out various promotion activities such as industry commerce, technology, investment, talent and management. Edit and publish textile and clothing publications. Organize and train various textile professionals. Organize the development of public welfare undertakings in the industry. To undertake various tasks entrusted by the government and relevant departments.
