Q: How can I get a wool blanket to check the quality?
We can offer sample for customer to check quality, but due to the high value of cashmere and wool product,the sample fees and shipping cost will be always needed.

Q: Is it possible to visit your factory?
Yes, a permission to enter our factory should be made 1month before visit ,No visitors are allowed to enter workshop unless get authorized by the General Manager. We have this strict policy to protect visitors and our staff, and also our customer’s exclusive designs that may be seen in our workshop.
