A: Yes, we did have this service, please just send me your logo, we will do the other things for you.
Q: What format of my logo do you need?
A: It is better if you can provide us the file in AI ESP PSD PDF, or high resolution images.
Q: What will happen to my custom beanie orders if I failed to approve the samples?
A: Your order will be on hold, and we will remake a cashmere beanie samples for your approve.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: Please contact us urgently regarding the cancellation. Refunds for canceled orders are at the discretion of Runyang Cashmere Manufacturer. If we have already made significant progress on your order, cancellation may not be possible.
